Let's Unite to Save the USA! #UniteUsMax
My dream is to unite We the People and go on to save the best constitutional republic on earth! I ran for U.S. Congress in 2022 on the Republican ticket for North Carolina’s 02 District, but lost in the primary. I was hoping that my message of uniting minorities with patriotically minded constitutional conservatives would resonate with Americans of all backgrounds. This is my effort to show the constitutional mirror to all Americans. I request all readers to understand that we must remove the barriers for unity or lose this great constitutional republic to the traitors. We must rekindle and redeem the constitutional spirit.
In a two-party political system, you really must have the right pedigree to get elected in the primary. As a Democrat, you have to be a socialist/communist willing to degrade moral and family values and “claim” to be an anti-capitalist. To get elected in the Republican party, you have to be a “Christian” to be able to convince voters that your belief in moral and family values, free-market capitalism, and patriotism is genuine. After repeated insults for being a Hindu by faith, I lost in the Republican primary because I was rejected for not being a Christian.
But many Americans took notice. They saw my patriotism and appreciated my America First policies in 2022. These staunch constitutionalists (many of them Jews and Christians) stood by me and encouraged me to keep on fighting. My sincere thanks to the almost 9,000+ judiciously pragmatic constitutionalists who voted for me in the 2022 Republican primary. Also, my special thanks to Liberty First Grassroots, a true TEA party group in NC fighting for our constitutional rights, for standing behind me. It was humbling! Thank you, thank you!!!
I have constitutional aspirations, not political aspirations. All that I have been trying to do is rise above the fray to bring all Americans together to save the best constitutional republic on earth. I have absolutely no interest in anyone's race, color, creed, or religion, all I care about is red, white, and the blue. And yet, here I am educating Americans on the misgivings about my faith to bridge the divide. After repeated uneducated insults during the Republican primary in 2022, I decided to explain the Hindu plight through a book I authored, In Defense of My Faith, to educate all Americans about my Hindu faith.
Did my loss in the Republican primary of 2022 deter me from pursuing my dream? Absolutely not! It just means that I must work harder this time than the last time around. I need to explain who I am, where I came from, and my plan to save the USA.
I hope that you see and appreciate my monumental effort of uniting people, in the face of relentless opposition. Most politicians (which I am not) will take the easy route to win. It is a herculean task to bring people together as one people, one law, under one constitutional republic. I request you to give me a chance to unify and build alliances among people of all races, religions, colors, and creeds who believe in common morals, nuclear family values, and just laws under one umbrella: the US Constitution. I promise to put “constitutional consent of the governed served” in the American equation.
I am a fighter, NOT a victim. I am not seeking victim-hood, but rather fighting for a constitutionally granted, rightful seat at the table. Article VI para. 3 of the US Constitution clearly states, “…. but no religious Test shall ever be required as a qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
The stubborn constitutionalist in me vows to bend this great nation towards its constitutional founding and not let it become a balkanized States of America. I will not let America become like the socialist state I escaped. As a dad, I have to defend this last frontier of freedom; my kids have no other place to go. I also want them to be one with the American spirit and not live segregated because of their religious pedigree.
The world has always had a distorted view of my faith, Hinduism, which was deliberately distorted by the vested interests for obvious reasons. Through my unprecedented book In Defense of My Faith (please see note below). I am trying to explain the Hindu plight and the root of Orwellian hate against Hindus. It is an easy, commonsense read which I have personally and painstakingly written after my repeated insults in the Republican primary.
In America, followers of my Hindu faith (from India) have the highest level of education, income, real estate ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit. Hindus have strong moral and family values. We are less than 1% of the U.S. population but we chip in one of the highest dollar amounts in the U.S. Treasury through our taxes. Hindus have also never engaged in terrorist activities, mass killings, espionage, or imposing any form of ideology on Americans. Hindus also have a non-existent crime rate, the lowest rate of divorce, living-in-sin relationships, and out-of-wedlock children. The school districts where Hindus reside in greater numbers score better than other districts and our children go on to get jobs in high-paying STEM occupations. We don't even demand special provisions in the constitutional law to accommodate our faith in the U.S. We believe in one law for all!.
Such quantifiable and qualitatively magnificent accomplishments of Hindus in America demonstrate the richness of our faith, culture and the deep-rooted values that propagate enviably successful lives. We have achieved these feats thanks to our millennia-old faith, knowledge, discipline, and perseverance in the face of relentless persecution. Those who equate Hindus with third-world India must read my book - In Defense of My Faith (please see note below) to understand the Hindu plight.
People are constantly told that Hinduism is a demonic religion, and yet, Hindus seem to be doing so well in every aspect of life. Are demons supposed to be tolerant, and peaceful,? Is there a disconnect in what the herders propagate vs. the reality about Hindus? We Hindus are not a threat, but an asset to the U.S. – so why the Orwellian hate?
Hindus can see and know the rejection. They watch hateful videos, read blogs, and news articles on the right-leaning websites which seem intentionally biased on race and religion. The right-wing news media serves its base, without realizing that it is promoting superiority of a particular race or religion. Many a times, it is in defense of the attack from the left, that the left uses as a bait. The vitriol, bigotry, racism, intolerance, hypocrisy, and open mocking in the anti-Hindu news stories followed by the comments from readers make Hindus apprehensive about joining the Republican party. Not that Democrats don't do the same, but the left-wing news media deceptively suppresses the racist nature of the Democrat party to keep minorities in the dark and exaggerates the vitriol coming from the right.
Hindus are very conservative and assimilate extremely well in America but the rejection by Republicans makes many Hindus (and probably many other minorities) vengeful and they join the Democrats because they may subscribe to "enemy of my enemy is my friend" mindset.
I am a "stick-to-the-issues" guy and a constitutional conservative. I refuse to put my signature on the desecration of this great nation by joining the Democrats, but the GOP is just another side of the same coin. Many Hindus refused to support me in 2022 because they saw me as a "token" and a "sellout" to the Republican party. Not during the 2022 campaign, but back when I founded and ran a politically active TEA party group in NJ, I was called a "boot-licker" for supporting Republicans. Boot-licker is a derogatory term for a person who lacks self respect and is begging for mercy from the people who are rejecting him.
Please Note: In Defense of My Faith: due to Federal Election Commission rules and regulations regarding campaign finance laws, I am in the legal process of separating my campaign, and my personal identity from publishing my book. Sounds complicated, but it is what it is. You can still pre-order the book by clicking here. We will get it to you as soon as it is available.
The times call for a CONSTITUTIONAL ALLIANCE between people of all races, colors, faiths, and creeds. Republicans need to understand that the First Amendment is secure only in the constitutional fortress and we need many diverse hands and minds to hold the fort.
RECAP: Republicans preferred to choose a primary candidate in 2022 who was:
I ask you, if the Republican dealers (they are not leaders) are better, simply because of their religious pedigree, then how come this great constitutional republic is such a mess? Their conduct is like Democrats; they are Republicans in name only (RINOs).
Don’t these slithering RINOs cheat and lie to their voters, bear false witness for lobbyists, covet via taxes for corporations to the point that we cannot take a day off for the Sabbath? Haven’t they made money and power their gods and “$” as a graven image tattooed in their (mis)conduct? Are they not stealing from future generations, while dishonoring senior citizens? By the way, we can’t talk about the immorality of adultery or killing of the innocent, can we? Let SCOTUS decide that.
Do these Republicans even stand up for a country that was founded on the Ten Commandments and by God-loving, God-fearing Christians? And what about living up to the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God that the Declaration of Independence calls for? Ssssh, shut up Max, you are making too much sense already!
We the People are self-destructing God, family and the best constitutional republic. Most minorities don't necessarily agree with the Democrat policies, but vote against Republicans. They feel discriminated/victimized by the Republicans and go over to the Democrat side without considering the harm they will inflict on our constitutional republic with their unholy alliance. Republican voters don't realize that they also have an unholy alliance with wolves in sheep's clothing.
Historically, the Democrat party has deceptively oppressed minorities or has been against lifting minorities out of their miserable life situations. Destitution of We the People gives RINOs and Democrats power and control over our lives. Democrats founded the KKK, fought against the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, and instituted Jim Crow laws. Democrats were also against the 19th Amendment and tried to filibuster the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s. It was because of these historical events that I joined the Republican party, only to find myself in a fight of my own.
I am a minority in every sense - color: brown; faith: Hindu; name: foreign. Demographically, I am expected to be on the Democrat plantation or be “caste” aside as politically “untouchable” in the Republican party. I have a resume to prove patriotism with my TEA Party leadership and political activism for the last 14+ years to save our constitutional republic. I have strong moral and family values and my contempt for socialism is based on experience. I also have an M.B.A. in International Finance and small business experience. I know socialism is evil because I lived it, but more importantly, I know how to reverse it. Ideologically, I fit with the patriotically minded conservative Republicans. Unfortunately, my faith-pedigree did not allow me to fit through the “small door” of the Republican party’s supposedly “big tent.”
The screenshot of my campaign phone (on the right) is of a message (one of many) I received from a politically active "friend" who knew me personally. In January of 2022, in the middle of my campaign, I came under attack from Christian groups and individuals that I had known for quite some time. Most of them (except the constitutionalists) distanced themselves from my campaign. It was shocking, disheartening, and depressing because as a TEA Party patriot, I always felt welcomed in the conservative circles. It was so until I decided to run for an elected office. Like Rosa Parks, I was quickly told where my place had to be. I was welcomed in a “supporting role” but not in a “leadership role.” I guess by being a minority, I made a good photo-op to lend credence to the Republican party.
Primaries are really meant for the establishment candidates.
The politically active class of the GOP operatives, leaders of the "values" groups, "citizen" mom and pop grassroots organizations, donors, and the Republican establishment groups continued their veiled attacks until the last days of my campaign in 2022. All efforts were to limit exposure and choke off my campaign, which they did. It felt like Orwellian hate, where they didn’t necessarily hate me as an individual, but the stereotypical perception they had built about my faith. Even though the politically active class of the GOP primary successfully choked off my win, they couldn't really contain me, thanks to my famous truck I drove while campaigning. This truck will be back on the road in late Fall of 2023.
Most minority candidates with selfish political aspirations prefer going to the Democrat party, because they are coached, coddled and built-up; their egos massaged, and palms greased with money to promote the Democrat party's tyrannical socialist agenda. They get a favorable press and publicity. In the process, these minority candidates are hollowed by the Democrat establishment out of morals, desensitized to human suffering, and groomed to enjoy tyrannical control of We the People. They become the slave traders selling their own people into the tyrannical hands of the Democrat party. They use divide and rule tactics to keep people segregated. Democrat party operatives talk sweet and seem receptive to Hindus, and their diversity but they back-stab Hindus on policy fronts, But of course, Hindus don't know that because the left-wing media keeps Hindus in the dark.
Republicans, on the other hand, openly front-stab Hindus. To appease to their base Republicans move so far to the right, that they end up alienating the diverse but extremely conservative, peaceful, and successful "heathens." The name calling and mocking sends Hindus to the Democrat party. It makes Republicans seem uncaring, intolerant, disrespectful and close-minded. It will really be a monumental task to bring people together to save our constitutional republic, as long as we continue to disregard the political realities.
Regardless of the "visible" differences, the politicians of the two parties are, in fact, part of a uni-party ecosystem when it comes to robbing We the People. This uni-party pitches us against one another while lining its pockets at the expense of hardworking American taxpayers.
If you haven't noticed, the world is upside down. The satanic forces are taking down morals, families, and promoting cultural decay in our country and around the world. And what are We the People doing? We are playing into their hands and fighting each other over race, color, creed, and religion. When these traitors, who are advancing their agenda disguised as minority rights get control of the system, you can kiss goodbye to your constitutional rights. You will have no rights when these "minorities" become "electoral majority." Radicals, socialists, and mentally deranged have formed a coalition for grabbing power and control over We the People. They will ruthlessly force you to either convert, leave, or be slaughtered, if you do not accept their ideology.. Don't believe me? Please read history or it will be repeated.
Is it too much to ask to join forces on what unites us rather than focus on what divides us? We have to start building bridges with patriotically minded constitutionalists of all backgrounds or lose this magnificent country to the traitors. They have already weaponized the government against us. We the People are too fragmented to stand up to the tyrannical ruling class. We need to come together or we will lose it all.
I am a "stick-to-the-issues" guy and a constitutional conservative. It is indeed with profound sadness that I had to bring up my faith to be discussed publicly. I never thought I would have to explain my faith in a first-world, highly educated country like America. And that too, to the Republicans who talk about believing in MERITOCRACY. I know it is not easy to fight the entrenched beliefs and the Orwellian hate, but I do hope to change many hearts and minds.
We must "Restore Our Constitution." There is good in most people, and I want to focus on the positive aspects of what unites us. I personally don't care about winning or losing, money or no money, fame or no fame; my fight is to preserve the righteous principles to save humanity. The world is in the toilet, with hypocrisy, arrogance, supremacy complexes, greed, lack of self-control, and sinful massaging of the five human senses. We are becoming a Godless people, going against the God-prescribed natural order of human life.
Someone must stand-up against the satanic vices spread around as normal behavior, so help me God!
Thank you!
