If money is mother’s milk in politics, I propose MAXtaxtomy™.
Congress has failed miserably to be a good steward of our tax dollars. My tax-plan puts "constitutional consent of the served" in the equation. We the People must take control of our tax dollars to save the USA. We as a nation are heading for a Titanic calamity at the hands of the drunken sailors in D.C.
Out of Control Government Spending
Let me start by invoking the most sacred founding text, the Declaration of Independence, to remind Americans about the glorious founding of this great nation. “When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another...” don’t you think America, that the time has come for We the People to dissolve the political bonds which have connected us to our representatives?
We can no longer trust our supposed “representatives” (Republican or Democrat) who sell us out to lobbyists, global elites, and corporatists at every chance they get. These slick-talking-do-nothing snakes pitch We the People against one another, while getting rich at taxpayers’ expense. Can you not see the head-fake? Republicans get their voters all riled-up and focused on issues like defending the unborn, but then turn around and soak the unborn with unimaginable debt. The unborn will be slaves of the state for their whole life.
The British DNA of exploitation, deceit, greed, slavery, is well and alive and may I add thriving in D.C. and our state capitols. The new "elected" ruling class is the old tyrannical class that feels "entitled" to coveting from hard-working, tax-paying Americans. On May 31, 2023 the bill, called the “Fiscal Responsibility Act,” was passed by the RINOs in D.C. after "tough negotiations" with FJB, and we are supposed to rejoice that they didn't screw us "too" bad. The D.C. swamp openly mocks us by naming bills like "Fiscal Responsibility Act" - are we really that stupid to not see it?
Our representatives are NOT our friends. Get it?
250 years have gone by since the Boston Tea Party in 1773. As a nation, we have gone from no taxation without representation to high taxation with representation. What an insult America today has become to those who laid the first founding stone for us to inherit the best country God gave men! Unlike the 1700s, we now have the technology to help us represent ourselves as individuals. The time has come – are YOU ready? - for a new tax revolution: No Taxation Without SELF Representation.
Abuse of Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution has rendered the entire Constitution moot. The section states, “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; …” The "general welfare" clause, coupled with Congress’ ability to incur debt and subsequently levy taxes to pay off those debts, renders We the People defenseless against a swampy tyrannical ruling class.
The 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution must be repealed.
We the People will have to work together – nationally - to elect the right candidates, starting with yours truly, who would be willing to hand over (won’t be easy, but doable) the spending power to We the People. To the naysayers of my tax revolution, I say, “so glad you weren’t there at the Boston Tea Party in 1773 or we would not have the founding for this great nation.” The idea had to start somewhere, in someone's mind, which became the spark that started the fire, I hope and pray to be that spark which will reignite the tax revolution. Please pray for our posterity's future, they deserve a debt free nation.
An old documentary made by Peter Schweizer and Steve Bannon, Boomtown (click to watch this unbelievable exposé) that was aired on Hannity in 2013; should convince you to be a part of our new tax revolution. Things have gone much further south since this documentary aired a decade ago. The U.S. National Debt was approx. $16 Trillion in 2013, and stands at more than $32 Trillion in 2023. Want more recent evidence to convince yourself of corporate greed, then watch John Stossel's documentary.
People are so gullible to believe the rhetoric that the politicians will tax the rich. The rich have the money to buy politicians who have the power to tax us, it doesn't work the other way around.
As an immigrant to this great nation, I am asking AMERICANS to wake up before it is too late. A WELFARE STATE IS UNSUSTAINABLE. I know, because I escaped one.
We need to stop feeding the monster!
Under my proposed tax plan, Congress will continue to pass spending bills as authorized in the Constitution. However, We the People will have the power to approve each spending item through our tax filings. This will be a radical departure from how the establishment controls our money. We the People also need a referendum to define the real “general welfare”. Common defense and general welfare clause should be limited to the US Armed Forces, DOT, national parks, the DOJ and a temporary safety net for the needy CITIZENS (not for illegals) residing in the U.S.
Highlights of the Proposal: No Taxation Without SELF Representation
Step One - Constitutionality
Step Two – Time Frame
Step Three – Taxpayer Participation
Advantages to the Taxpayers
If you like my tax plan, please forward it to as many people as you can, and if you are able, please donate to fund this revolution. If you can, start putting pressure on other candidates running for U.S. Congress and Senate from across this great nation, to adopt/support MAXtaxtomy™. It will make it easier for me to get MAXtaxtomy™ passed when I get to D.C. You know the establishments will try to silence me. I will need YOU to help me fight them.
